In this picture you can see the square block
on the left. Look at the hole that was just
drilled into the block. There was no
wire connector  used.
The right side had the wrong size
 connector It was just stuck in.

In this picture you can see the relay
was not even mounted to the
back mounting rail.
It is just hanging loose.

The first time open the machine control panel I found these wires hanging loose
and other lug screws loose.

In this picture you can see that the contactor was not even mounted to
the back mounting rail.
It is just hanging loose.
